After seperatists, NIA conducts raids at various places in South kashmir | KNO

Srinagar, February 27 (KNO) : A day after conducting raids at residences of about nine separatist leaders National investigation agency has raided houses of some active jaish militants and others in southern kashmir. Reports said that National investigation agency raided house of Mudasir Ahmad Khan a resident of Midoora who is active with jaish from last one year and whose house was also allegedly ransacked after 14 Feb Lethpora. They also conducted raid at the house of Suraj Manzoor Malik of Midoora Tral,a civilian who according to locals was arrested by forces soon after Lethpora attack, reports said. Moreover forces conducted raid at the house of Sajad Ahmad in Marhama village of sangam in Anantnag district who according to forces has provided his vehicle for Lethpora car Blast and later joined Jaish, they said. Locals sources told KNO that Sajad's brother was arrested by NIA today and his father was arrested yesterday. A senior police official confirmed KNO that NIA has been conducting raids at various places in southern kashmir. Pertinently on Tuesday NIA raided residences of at least 9 senior separatist leaders after which a two day shutdown call was given by JRL against raids and arrest spree.(KNO)
